Cook meat shaki and ponmo with stockfish maghi onions and salt. Boil till soft.

Next pour egisi into a bowl and a little water and make into a thick paste

Next heat some red oil, put in ur egusi paste in small balls and let it fry. use a cooking spoon to ensure it doesn't stick to the pan..try and flip it over even though it breaks up in the process. The idea is to have every part fried

You can break the balls in tiny pieces if u like. Then add in your stock tofmgther with the cooked meat and thoroughly washed and deboned panla fish

Bring to a boil for 5 to 10minutes then add your ground yellow pepper, ground crayfish, additional seasoning cubes and salt if need be.

Lastly, the ugu leaves go in boil for another 5minutes and viola your delicious egusi soup is ready
