Beans and ripe plantain porridge
Trust me when i say its very tasty 😋..
Steps

Wash your beans and put in a clean pot, add water and boil for like 20 minutes

Bring down your beans and drain out the water and wash it again. Put it in a clean pot add appropriate water to it and cook it

Take your ripe plantain and wash it then peel out the skin and cut it round and put it in a bowl

Check on your beans and when its tender add your diced onions allow it to cook for 20 minutes

By now the water is getting dry a bit. Add in your salt, seasoning, diced onions and pepper to it..

After 10 minutes add in your palm oil and cover the pot allow it to cook for like 5 minutes..

Then stir the beans.. If you noticed i didn't stir all this while its cause i don't want the beans seed to get mashed. Enjoy your meal
