Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupmilk
  • 3 cupsflour
  • 1 tbsinstant yeast
  • 1 1/2 tbsbutter
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • Cardamons crushed

Steps

    Mix all dry ingredients

    Add melted butter and mix in

  3. 3

    Add milk in bits and make adough

  4. 4

    Continue kneeding for at least 10 mins

  5. 5

    Cover the dough for at least 30mins.

  6. 6

    Cut the dough into five balls

    Heat frying oil

    Roll out the ball and cut into four
