Heat ghee and add the coconut stir fry well

Add grated paneer saute well till it is mixed with coconut

Now mix sugar and milk powder and stir briskly till it starts releasing from the pan

Now spread it on butter paper and rest to cool it down

Keep it in a refrigerater to set for 2-3 hrs

Now take it out and spread chopped nuts over it

Roll it tight and cut into slices

Plate it along with nuts
