Grind the dal and rice together to a fine paste adding ginger and green chilli and make it according to the dosa batter consistency

Make a spicy masala of aloo,carrots capsicum using dry masala, amchoor powder and Garam masala... Garnish with green coriander... And keep it aside

Now take a non stick tawa.... Let it heat little... Pour 1to 2laddle batter on tawa.... And spread the batter moving in circular motion.... Put the spicy aloo masala in middle.... Let it become crispy.... Fold it according to ur choice... Either roll or give triangle shape... Looks attractive.. 👌serve it with coconut chutney and sambar... Tastes yum yummy 😋😋
