1/2 cuprice vinegar
1/2 cupbrown suger
1 tbspginger root grated
1 tbspsesame oil
3garlic cloves, minced
3green onion, diced
2 tspgarlic salt
1/2 tspChinese five spice
1/2 tspred pepper flakes

Prep onions, garlic, and spices, into a bowl, container, mix each ingredient to tastes and mix well

Add to bag with choice of meat, let sit for 12 - 48 hours

P.s. you can add thickener like roux or corn starch and reduce to make a sauce
