Wash and cut all beans.

Grind green masala using coriander, green chilli, ginger, garlic and coconut.

In a pan add oil. Once warm add ajwain, asaefotida and green masala. Add beans and dry masalas. Saute it for a while.

Take besan in a bowl. Add methi leaves, masalas, oil, curd and knead dough.

Make equal size Muthiyas out of it.

Add muthias to sabji in the pan.

Cook it for 5-6 minutes.

Panchkutiyu Shaak is ready to serve.Enjoy with Paratha/Roti/Puri.
