Ingredients

45 minutes
4 servings
  1. 100 gramspaapdi beans and seeds
  2. 100 gramGreen tuvar
  3. 100 gramGreen peas
  4. 1/2 cupmethi chopped
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric
  7. red chilli powder as per taste
  8. 2 tbspginger, garlic, green chilli coriander and coconut paste
  9. 1 tspasafoetida
  10. 3 tbspoil
  11. 1 tbspcurd

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut all beans.

    Grind green masala using coriander, green chilli, ginger, garlic and coconut.

    In a pan add oil. Once warm add ajwain, asaefotida and green masala. Add beans and dry masalas. Saute it for a while.

    Take besan in a bowl. Add methi leaves, masalas, oil, curd and knead dough.

    Make equal size Muthiyas out of it.

    Add muthias to sabji in the pan.

    Cook it for 5-6 minutes.

    Panchkutiyu Shaak is ready to serve.Enjoy with Paratha/Roti/Puri.
