Cut and washed the leaves of sarso saag and spinach.

Put it in cooker with maize flour and little water and salt and green chillies

Cover the lid and cook it for 4 to 5 whistles.

Let it cool and then put it into mixer jar and blend it for 2 minutes.

Now heat ghee in a pan add ginger, garlic saute it, add onion and tomato sauce and then all regular spices.

Add grinded saag and mix well.

Serve with butter and chapati or makke ki roti.
