In a heat pan add oil,let it hot.

Add garlic,green chillies,ginger, sauty it.

Add methi leaves in high flame.

Add all powder spices & mix it.

Then add tomato,& gobhi.

Fry it 2 miniutes.add potato mix it.

Add salt & water 2 cup,& lid it 5 miniutes.

Open the lid mix it all.

Remove it from the flame.

Add roasted crushed til.put coriander leaf.

Serve it with any kind of paranthas.
