Knead a soft dough with flour salt sugar and oil,keep aside

Now prepare a filling of the chana dal

Heat a pan add oil and fry the masalas

Add dal,salt green chillies and sugar

Mix well and switch off and cool it down

Now take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape roti

Put the filling in it and roll it to desired shape

Shallow fry the paratha and serve with dal and curd
