Steps

Prepare the potatoes and chop them into thin round shapes

Mix flour, tumeric, garlic, coriander and salt together and then add water to make a thick paste.

Then dip the chopped potatoes into the paste.

Heat the cooking oil and when ready, deep the potatoes with the paste into the oil and cook about 3 minutes.

Then serve with the fried maini while hot.
