Pap with ginger and garlic
I love pap and the ginger flavour in it
Steps

Soak the Joro or millet in water for 24 hours

Wash it very well and add the ginger and garlic to your taste

Grind it very smooth and sieve to remove chaff
- 4
Allow it to settle and pour in akamu bag to allow the remaingng water to go out
- 5
Your pap is ready. You can add milk and sugar or honey
- 6
