  1. 2big size sweet potatoes
  2. 4eggs
  3. 6Fresh Tomatoes
  4. 4Fresh pepper
  5. 2 cubesMaggi
  6. Halfcup vegetable oil
  7. 1onions bulb

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Slice and wash your petatoes and boil for 15 minutes.

    Drain in the sieve and set aside.

    Pour your oil on fire and fry the onions followed by tomatoes,peppers and egg
