Ingredients

  • 500 gplain flour
  • 110 gramsfine sugar
  • 110 gramsbrown sugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2large eggs
  • 340 gramsunsalted butter
  • 2-3 tspmilk
  • 1 tbspcinnamon
  • 1 tbspnutmeg

Steps

    Prepare all your ingredients

  2. 2

    Mix everything in a bowl..you can mix by hand or use a food processor

    If the mixture feels too sticky, add a little water or milk

    Let your dough rest for a while in the fridge

    Bake in a preheated oven 160 degrees for about 18-20 mins
