1 cupbesan
1 cupghee
2 cupssugar
1/2 teaspooncardamom powder

Mix all the ingredients together and let it cook on medium heat. There will be a stage when the batter leaves the sides of the pan. At this stage switch it off and spread it on a greased plate with ghee and cool and cut into pieces. It makes about 18 to 20 pieces.
