Wash the rice thoroughly in water& soak in 4 cup of water for about 30 mints.

Bring the rice on a boil by adding salt &whole spices.Drain the boiled rice in colander& keep aside.

Take a griender powder the cinnamon,clove,greencardamom,&javitri.This is the biryani masala.

Heat a pan add cuminseeds crackle it.Than add chopped onion sauted.Than add gingergarlic paste&sauted.

Than add turmeric,redchillipowder, biryani masala&salt sauted for a mints.

Add all veggies mix it well &cover it for few secconds.

Than add curd mix it well&cover it for few seconds.Simmer the flame until vegetables tenders.

Vegetable are done.

Now assembling the biryani.Take a dum handi put some veggies,than rice,spread some lemonjuice all over,&top with half of rose water,saffron milk,mints leaves &goldenbrown onion.Repeate this proces twice or three times.

Cover a foil pepper,on the lid ofthe handi&cover it tightly so that it gets sealed.Now place the handi on dum in preheated tawa placing a stand more about 45 mints on low flame.

Serve this veg dum biryani with raita or pickle.
