  • 2brinjals sliced
  • 1 tspsalt and turmeric powder mix
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • As neededoil

    Matinate the brinjals with salt turmeric powder and sugar

    Heat oil and fry the brinjals

    Turn both the sides and fry
