Ingredients

  1. 2.2 lbsraw shrimp (41/50 count, headless)
  2. 5bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
  3. 1/2white onion, sliced
  4. Juice of 5 limes
  5. 2serrano peppers, finely chopped
  6. 2 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
  7. 1light beer
  8. 2/3 cupWorcestershire sauce (150 ml)
  9. 4 dashesTabasco sauce
  10. 1/4 cupolive oil (60 ml)
  11. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Once hot, add the garlic, onion, and serrano peppers. Sauté until they begin to soften, then add the bell peppers.
