Peel potato.scoop out the pulp from the middle of potato. Prick with light hands so that potato dont get brake. Deep fry.

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a work.put half of cuminseeds khoa scoop out pulp of potato salt 1/4tea spoon coriander powder little chilli powder 1/4tea spoon garam masala mix well.

Fill the mixture in fried potato.

Blend onion.heat 2 table spoon oil in a pressure cooker remained cuminseeds ginger garlic paste chopped chilli and onion paste stir for 2 minutes add tomato puree salt turmeric coriander powder chilli powder and fry untill it releases oil. Put 3/4glass of water and stuffed potato cover by lid pressure cook for 2 minute.

Off the flame when cooker opened add garam masala mango powder.at the time of serving garnish with coriander leaves.
