1/2 cuptoor dal
1 cuprice
3Red chilli
As neededCurry leaves

As neededCheese one slice or as required

Steps

1

First soak dal and rice together for 4 hours then grind with red chilli curry pata hing and salt.
2

Ferment the batter for 5 hours then mix chopped onion and mix and make paniyaram. Or also called appam.Garnish with cheese and Serve with sauce.

Thanks .. made for my daughter as it’s healthy for her na but she troubled me a lot to have as it was not normal dosa batter 😀
