Steps

Wash goat meat and season with salt and roast or 30mins (roast preferably with charcoal fire)

Bring down debone (remove bones) and cut into tiny bits.

Pour in a pot, add seasoning cubes and little water. grind pepper, shombo and tatache along side onions roughly.
- 4
Pour grinded mixture into meat stir and cut onions into rings and pour. Cover and allow to simmer for sometime remove and serve.
