Boil cabbage, cauliflower and potato. blanch Palak and make a puree.

Combine the butter hing chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Than add onion, Shimla mirch, tomato and salt in a pan. Put Palak puree matar and boil (mash) veggies.

Add pav bhaji masala and mix well...serve with butter,lemon and salad. Enjoy Indian fusion recipe.
