2 ccauliflower, riced
1/2 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cParmesan cheese, grated
2 Talmond flour/meal
1 tspseasoned salt
to taste, black pepper
1egg

Steps

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray mini-muffin pan with non-stick spray.

Cook cauliflower until tender. Drain well and transfer to bowl. Cool slightly.

Add cheeses, flour and seasonings a b d mix well. Add egg and stir until just mixed in.

Using tablespoon scoop, place rounded spoonfuls of mixture into mini-muffin pan.

Bake 15 min. Turn tots and bake another 15 min. or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
