Ingredients

20-25 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. For kofta:
  2. 200 gmspaneer, grated
  3. 2medium Potatoes, boiled,peeled, grated
  4. 1/2 tbspginger grated
  5. 1green chilli finely chopped
  6. 2-3 tbspnfinely chopped coriander leaves
  7. 2 tbspncorn flour
  8. 8-10cashewnuts chopped
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. For deep fryingOil
  11. For gravy :
  12. 3-4medium Tomatoes
  13. 10-15cashewnuts
  14. 2 tbspcrushed garlic- ginger
  15. 1-2green chillies finely chopped
  16. 2-3medium Onion finely chopped or grated
  17. 1/2 tbspncumin seeds
  18. 1/4 tbspnturmeric powder
  19. 1/2 tbspnred chilli powder
  20. 1/2 tbspndegi mirch
  21. 1/4 tbspngaram masala
  22. 1/2 tbspncoriander powder
  23. 1 cupcoriander leaves
  24. 1/2 tbspnsugar
  25. 2 tbspoil
  26. 1/2 tbspnkasuri methi
  27. 2-3 tbspnmalai
  28. to tasteSalt

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take all the kofta ingredients in a large bowl.Mix them and make a smooth mixture.

    Grease your palms with oil and divide into 8-10 equal portions.Give each portion a shape of small ball.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan. When it is medium hot, slide in 3-4 stuffed balls from the edge of frying pan and deep fry over medium flame until golden brown and crisp. Drain them and transfer them to a plate. Deep fry remaining stuffed balls.

    Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Saute for approx 30 sec. Add ginger garlic and after that added onion,green chilli cashew nuts and tomatoes. Saute them for 1-2 minutes and grind it.

    Now, again heat the oil.Add cumin seeds for approx 30 seconds.

    Add mixture and saute it.

  7. 7

    Now add all dried masalas in it.

  8. 8

    Stir and cook for a minute. Add kasuri methi,coriander leaves and 1/2 cup milk. Cook the gravy for 4-5 minutes.

    Add prepared stuffed balls, mix well and turn off the flame.

  10. 10

    Transfer special malai paneer kofta gravy to a serving bowl and grayish it with coriander leaves, cashew and cheese.

  11. 11

    Now, serve it with love.
