Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsaata
  2. 50 gmsdesi ghee for moyan
  3. 1big onion chopped fine
  4. 1green chilli chopped
  5. as neededFresh coriander chopped
  6. as neededPomegranate seeds(dry) crushed
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. as neededWater to knead the flour
  9. as neededGhee for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients to bind the dough

  2. 2

    Divide the dough into equal 6 balls... Roll the dough in flat bread(thick)

  3. 3

    Heat the Tawa and cook the flatbread on sim... Put ghee while cooking.... But be careful while cooking it has to be cooked on slow flame only...

  4. 4

    Cook on both sides till golden... Then it's ready to serve...

  5. 5

    Served best with curd and pickle...
