Ingredients

1 kgcarrots
1/2 tbsprai
As requiredSalt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder
2 tbspsarso oil(Mustard oil)

Peel and wash the carrots.

Cut into long pieces and dry

Take a bowl and put the carrots
4

Put all the ingredients into bowl and mix it well
5

Put the pickle into jar and keep it for 2days.

Carrot pickle is ready
