Leftover khaman/dhokla Upma

Crumble the leftover dhokla in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan,add peanuts,urad/moong dal,stir for a min on low flame, add curry leaves,all chopped vegetables,stir well add salt and cook covered for few minutes until vegetables gets soft.

Add red chilli powder and crumbled dhokla mix until well combined with veggies.

Drizzle little water and cook covered for a min.
- 5
Add fresh coriander and serve hot.
