Pineapple Rava kesari is famous South Indian sweet served in marriages and in small functions at home.
Cooking Instructions

Deskin pineapple and cut into pieces

Take a pan add 3 tsp of ghee then add cashew nuts and raisins and fry till cashew nuts changes colour and raisins become fluffy and take it into plate.

In the same pan add semolina fry it on medium flame till it changes colour and good nice aroma. And then take it into plate.

In the same add 2 tsp of ghee add pineapple pieces and fry it till become smooth.

Add sugar mix everything well

Now add water and elachi powder mix everything well and boil it.

Now add fried semolina and elechi mix everything well by adding ghee.

Close the lid and cook it on low flame.

Once rava gets cooked well add remaining ghee and fried nuts and raisins mix everything well.
