Ingredients

  1. 50 gmmargarine/butter
  2. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  4. 1 tspcinnamon powder
  5. 3-4medium apples (diced)
  6. 1 boxstore-bought puff pastry

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter on low heat.

    Add brown & white sugar, cinnamon powder. Stir well till sugar melts.

    Add apples and let cook until apples soften. Stir well.

  4. 4

    Let the filling cool down before putting it on the puff pastry.

  5. 5

    Fold pastry into desired shape. Brush with eggwash. Bake at 200°C for 22 minutes.
