Steps

Knead a soft dough for luchi or Puri

Boil the peas adding a part of salt turmeric powder,onion and garlic

Heat oil in a pan and temper Cumin seeds, red chilli, whole garam masalasand bay leaf
- 4
Add ginger garlic paste and saute
- 5
Add onion chopped and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- 6
Add rest of the masalas and tomato saute till oil separates
- 7
Add the boiled chana and chana masala mix well
- 8
Add sugar and boil
- 9
Now roll puris of the dough and fry well
