Cooking Instructions

Boil eggs with a tablespoon of salt and let it get boiled for 15 mins

Peel boiled eggs

Take a pan, heat oil (as per your requirement)

Add jeera and let it get fry for half a minute. Now add onion, and saute it well. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the smell goes.

Let the onion get brown and add tomato purée. Fry well. Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder respectively. Mix it well. Put the lid and let the oil comeout.

Now add boiled eggs and add water as per your requirement. Final touch is add curry leaves (smaller the leaves better the aroma and taste of it)
