Sift together the flour,salt,baking powder,cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs,gradually adding the sugar and butter,Beat until thick and light in colour,about 5 minutes,

Stir flour mixture into egg mixture,mix them until stiff peaks form.

Bring your roller and the rolling tray,roll your dough to a form a big circle or any shape,cut them into any size of your choice or by using cutter.

Repeat the process and set your pan on a stove,pour your vegetable oil allow it to become heat,put the Cin Cin dough inside the pan allow it to become golden brown in colour.

Serve with tea,coffee or juice.
