1. Oregano: you can use fresh one or dried one.
It has a distinctive flavor. It goes well with meat l, chicken, fish, and even vegetables.

2: Rosemary (Italian seasoning). Sort from adding a flavor to our meats, fish, soups, sauces it also aids in digestion and circulation.

3:Thyme:
It has a minty like flavor and mostly use in Italian cuisines.
It also goes well with poultry, fish, soups, chowders, eggs and vegetables, hot Peppers etc. - 4
4: Basil
It has a mild peppery😍and slightly sweet flavor. Always use basil as the end if he cooking for a distinctive aroma. Else if you cook it for too long it will results to bitterness instead of flavor. - 5
5:paprika sweet/smocked/hot
Mainly use to season (hot flavor) garnish, or to color rice(it give that deep red and beautiful red color to our able jollof rice)
It can be use In goulash sauce and many other sauces. - 6
6:parsley:
It balance the tastes especially in savory dishes. Parsley is one of my favorite y’all can testify this. As in there’s always parsley in my food and salads.
It has this mild bitter flavor. It’s also added as the end of coming just like basil if not heat destroys its flavor. Parsley can be use in any cooking. - 7
7:onion powder:
Y’all know there’s no food without our very own onions right.
It’s an essential seasoning for meats, chickens, rice, skillets,sauces. You can use it in any recipe. - 8
8:Garlic
It has a strong pungent spicy flavor, it sweetens and adds a great flavor to our foods, it blends week with meats, chicken, rice, sauces, salads, wraps etc.
I can’t imagine my food with out garlic! - 9
9:Ginger:
It’s use to flavor both sweet and savory dishes.
You know the way all those Indian chefs use to mention garlic and ginger paste right? That’s the secret behind their mouth watering food. - 10
10:curry it has a unique flavor due to the combination of both sweet and and savory spices and herbs.
There are so many types of curry from dried one to liquid ones like (Thai curry paste) it gives an endless flavor to our cooking and make us have more confidence in our food
