Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpaneer
  2. 1 cuptomato and onion paste
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. To tastesalt
  5. To tastered chilli powder
  6. To tasteGaram Masala
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/2 cupmalai
  9. As neededwater
  10. As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat the ghee and add cumin seeds

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste and soute it

  3. 3

    Add onion tomato paste and soute it

  4. 4

    Add all spices and mix well

  5. 5

    Add malai and add as needed water and mix well

  6. 6

    Add paneer and cook it
