Steps

Boil cauliflower, beans, peas,carrot till they are soft. Drain out the excess water.

Heat the oil in large pan, add the ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins then add the onion and again saute till the onion softens.

Add the tomatoes and simmer till the oil seprates.. add the chilli powder, salt and pav bhaji masala and cook for 2 to 3 mins.

Add the boiled vegitabels and potatoes and mash thoroughly using a potato masher, add water if required...

For the pav : slice each pav into 2 horizontally. Heat a large tava and cook the pav on both sides till the pieces are lightly browned..
