Paneer Garlic Methi Gadbad Masala

Assemble all ingredients at one junction.

Heat Oil, Add garlic paste, then Onion paste till light brown, Add yoghurt mixed with gram flour & stir for few seconds.

Add Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Salt and some water, mix up and cook well.

Add Cottage cheese cubes, sugar (or honey) & Methi leaves, mix softly with masala and cook about 3 minutes.

Add water if needed, now include fresh cream and stir softly for a minute or two.

In separate pan Tadka by heating Ghee and adding garlic small pieces with kasturi methi.

Add it to your Paneer Garlic Methi

Serve Hot with Parathas, Fulka chappaties or Kulchaa, Naan...
