4 servings

Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
Vinegar (2 tsp)
Red chilli flakes (1 tsp)
Tomato ketchup (2 tbsp)
Sugar (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
1 leafCoriander for garnish

In a bowl add mayonnaise and whisk with fork until light and airy. Then add vinegar and mix well until smooth. After that add red chilli flakes and mix well.

Now add tomato ketchup and mix well. When mixed sprinkle salt and sugar. Now coat well until smooth.

Garnish with a leaf if coriander. All done. Serve cold with your burger or sandwich. Enjoy.
