Make a mixture of flour. Roast urad dal rice flakes. for 5mins.let it cool.grind urad dal mixture and mix with rice flour. Chop and churn spinach and make spinach puree add in a mixture add chilli paste asofoetida salt sambhar masala. 2 tbsp curd mix well and make batter.add water and adjust consistency.rest it 1/2 hr. Boil sprouted moong add salt and red chilli powder mix well

Now put steamer on high flame to boil water

.Add Eno in mixture pour 1 tsp.oil and 1 tsp.hot water and mix well with fingers one side. Pour in idly stand steam 5-7 mins. And remove idly from stand

Now take idli in a plate make small hole in middle fill with sprouted moong curd salt sev ghanthia promogranate seeds and drizzle both chutney sprinkle Chaat masala and serve.
