In a pan heat ghee add cumin, chilies and ginger fry for few seconds. Now add green peas paste and saute for a min. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.Now, add chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, fennel seeds powder, salt and mix. Cook for another minute. Allow it to cool completely, add coriander leaves and mix.

For Kachori Dough
In a bowl, add flour, salt, ghee and mix it well to make crumbly mixture. Now, add water and knead it to a soft dough. Dough need not be smooth. Cover and keep it aside for atleast 10 min. - 3
Divide the dough into equal parts, Now, take one ball and roll it into disc Then, place spoonful of filling in the centre. Slightly, wet the edges with water and bring the edges together, pinch them to seal the mixture within.Gently roll the circle.

Heat oil in a pan and fry all the kachoris. Matar Kachori is ready. Serve with aalu curry or any deep.
