Ingredients

  1. To make Ragi pan cake
  2. 3/4 glassRagi flour
  3. 1/4 glasswhole wheat flour
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 pinchbaking powder
  6. 1/4 glassmilk
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1/4 teaspoonsugar
  9. 1/4 teaspoonvanilla essence
  10. as neededWater
  11. To make Spanish omlette
  12. 3eggs
  13. 1/4 cupthinly sliced raw potato
  14. Capsicum of your favourite colour thinly sliced
  15. 1/2onion thinly sliced
  16. as neededPepper powder
  17. as neededSalt
  18. Coriander/ parsley leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    To make pancakes in a bowl add egg, milk, salt, baking powder, sugar, vanilla essence and whisk well

  2. 2

    And then add the Ragi flour and wheat flour in it and combine well, if needed u can add little water to make the batter semi consistency

  3. 3

    Now take a pan and on low flame grease little oil and then pour the batter

  4. 4

    Turn upside down once the one side is cooked

  5. 5

    Serve the Ragi pancakes with sliced bananas, kiwi and dates syrup or honey

  6. 6

    Now let’s prepare Spanish omelette.., take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil and in it add potato and onion sliced and sauté well

  7. 7

    Once it’s semi cooked add capsicum toss it and then switch off the flame

  8. 8

    In a bowl take the three eggs and add pepper and salt as needed

  9. 9

    Now add the sauté potato and onion mixture into the eggs and combine well

  10. 10

    Add the coriander / parsley leaves

  11. 11

    Now take a saucepan add one tablespoon oil and then on very low flame add the egg mixture into it

  12. 12

    Close the lid and wait till it’s cooked on the down side

  13. 13

    And to flip the next side, u can close the sauce pan upside down and then flip the next side

  14. 14

    Now again close the lid and cook until it’s done

  15. 15

    Now serve the power packed breakfast with a glass of fresh orange juice and fruits
