Method
Sieve the maize flour.
Heat 1 cup water separately in a pan till it comes to boil.add this hot water to the flour
Mixed it well and keep aside till dough mixture becomes warm.
When the mixture become warm the is fine to handle, begin to knead to a smooth yet firm dough.if dough looks dry then add some water.
Make medium sized balls of dough. Shape them intoa neat balls and flattened them..
