Ingredients

Depends on quantities.

For avocado cream or dip:
1avocado
1jalapeño pepper
A fewsprigs of cilantro
1small onion
1/2 cupMexican crema (about 120 grams)
2 tablespoonsmilk (about 30 ml)
Enough tortilla chips or Tostitos to your liking
1 bagcorn chips
Queso panela to taste

Place the nachos and corn chips on a plate, drizzle with avocado cream to taste, and add cheese.

Add a few, drizzle, and add more to ensure the ones at the bottom aren't left without anything. Ready to eat immediately.
