Ingredients

  • 100 gomena
  • 2medium size tomatoes
  • 100 mlfresh milk
  • 1small sized cupscam
  • 1small sized onion
  • 2 tbscooking oil
  • Salt as desired

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash omena with warm water and rinse like twice. Then add salt

  2. 2

    Deep fry for 7min

    Add the chopped Hoho and onion. Stir for 2min

    Add chopped tomatoes. Let cook for 2 min.

    Serve hot with veges and ugali
