Stuffed Yam balls

Boil yam until it's soft

In a mortar or blender add in the scotch bonnets, garlic, onions, stock cubes and spices and then blend or pound.

Now add the yam and continue to pound until it'ss smooth but not too smooth as pounded yam

Roll out into balls as per plain yamballs or let's proceed from here.

Take out some minced meat and cook until the water is dried. Spice it up and set aside.

When you scoop out the yam balls flatten it and put some minced meat into it then roll into balls

Whisk the eggs with seasoning as well.

To fry: heat the oil and dip yamballs into the eggs and fry until golden brown
