1 green nariyal
1 tsp nimbu / lemon
1 tablespoonroasted chana daal
1 tablespoondahi
2green chilli,
1 teaspoon ginger

Now add all these things and crush in mixer. And add salt according to requirement.

If add tadka then after this add in pan add one teaspoon oil and add jeera, kadhi pata, red chilli and add this in other material.
