#maharastrian spicy fill with flavour of coconut...taste yummy

Heat a pan on a low flame saute all the spices given.untill golden brown.

Add coconut,cumin,sesame seeds,and poppy seeds. Saute all the ingredients until it's light brown. Turn off the flame.

Keep aside and let it cool.blend it to a fine smooth paste.

Meanwhile add oil to a pan and saute the chopped onion till it turns golden brown. Add chopped ginger garlic chopped. Until the raw smell goes away. And keep aside.

Mix the ginger garlic in a spices paste and again blend into a fine paste.add all the masala to the chicken and 1cup dahi, and marinate for 1 hr.

Pour tomatoes in the oil.with bay leaf,in the same pan.sprinkle salt and saute the tomato until it become soft.

Transfer marinated chicken in another pan. and saute well for sometime till it's well cooked.on a medium heat.

Add salt to the chicken. Now mix with the tomato puree.with all the spices given.

Pour water over the chicken to make a fine gravy.mix well turn to a low flame.till chicken is done.garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Your kolapuri chicken is ready to served with rice. Very simple and easy to make.
