Boil the ghoogni in pressure cooker. Do not over boil.

Grind the onion, green chillis, garlic and ginger.

Heat oil. Add jeera, clove, cardamon and bay leaf. Add the grounded masala and fry in oil for about 3-4 mins. Add all dry masala except amchoor and garam masala and fry for a minute

Add the tomatoes. Fry for 2 mins. Add tamarind water, amchoor and mix properly.

Then add the boiled ghoogni and sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves on top.
