Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgnduma
  • 1/2 kgsweat potatoes
  • 1onion
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil both sweat potatoes & nduma.let them cook well.

  2. 2

    Add salt,

  3. 3

    Fry onions,while you mash your boiled nduma & sweat potatoes

  4. 4

    Add in the fried onions & continue mashing until you get a smooth result.
