Cheese Stuffed Zatar Manakish

Take the yeast in a cup add the sugar. Salt and warm milk and whisk

Cover and let the yeast bloom

Take the bloomed yeast and add it to the flour along with whisked egg and mix

Knead a dough, add the olive oil and cover the dough with a muslin cloth and let it rest for 10 mins

Take the Zatar powder and mix it with olive oil. Set aside

Divide the dough in 4 parts and spread

Spread the Mozerella cheese on 1 rolled dough and cover with another rolled dough

Spread the Zatar over the Manakish

Place the Manakish on a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 The Celsius for 15 to 20 min

Serve hot with some Hummus
