Steps

Cook milk in medium flame and add milk into 🌽 cornflour & makes slurry. Add the slurry into the milk & stir without lumps.

Add in Amul fresh cream in low flame mix everything well. Let it cook until thick & off the flame and let it cool

Add the base mixture into the jar & blend it fast for 2 minutes to get perfect texture. Keep it in freezer for 1 hour or 2 hours in fridge...

After a hour take out of freezer & blend again for 2 minutes then after added choco chips mix & garnishing top both. Cover it with lid and freeze it for 6-7 hours...

After 6 hours remove the freezer & remove butter paper... ready for the eat... garnishing with wafers stick and some choco chips...
